My Son just left for boot camp with the Army 27 February, the Mrs. and I have two more Son's one who graduated HS and the other trying to get his GED out of the way.. both in their early 20's and are worried also that the Draft is right around the corner? in 2004 our DOD was doing the backdoor draft to keep the numbers up. If/when the draft may be coming in the future our other two son's will join the service of their choice prior to? not be selected into something (branch) not of their choice. just as recently as the middle of last month a Washington Post article came out about the Army and Marines lowering their recruiting practices to accepting prior criminals and recruits with medical conditions to keep the numbers filled.
